反应磁控溅射制备TiO2和Nb2O5混合光学薄膜

利用反应磁控溅射技术在BK-7基片上制备了二氧化钛和五氧化二铌均匀混合的光学薄膜.薄膜的内部微结构、表面形貌、化学成分比例以及光学性质等用X射线衍射、高分辨扫描电子显微镜、原子力显微镜、X射线光电子能谱和紫外可见近红外分光光度计进行研究；发现制备的薄膜为非晶结构，薄膜的表面平整、内部结构致密，不存在柱状结构或结晶颗粒的缺陷，TiO2与Nb2O5的成分比例大致是1∶1.54.从光学透射光谱计算的折射率和消光系数显示，在550 nm波长处的折射率为2.34，消光系数为2.0×10－4.结果表明制备的薄膜是TiO2和Nb2O5均匀混合的高质量光学薄膜.     

The orientation-selective growth of LaNiO3 films on Si(100) by pulsed laser deposition using a MgO buffer

Highly (100)-oriented, (110)-oriented and polycrystalline LaNiO₃ (LNO) films were successfully prepared on Si(100) using an oriented MgO film as a buffer. It was somewhat surprising to find that that the orientation relation between the LNO film and the corresponding MgO buffer was: LNO(100)\MgO(110), LNO(110)\MgO(111) and LNO(polycrystalline)\MgO(100). The crystalline quality of the LNO films was shown to be sensitive to the preparation conditions of the MgO buffer. The film surface was very smooth, without micrometer-sized droplets being observed. All LNO films were of metallic conductivity, with a room-temperature resistivities of approximately 250, 280 and 420 μΩ cm for the (110)-oriented, (100)-oriented and polycrystalline LNO, respectively. Changes in the kurtosis parameter of super-Gaussian beams passing through a spherically aberrated lens

Based on the Collins formula and irradiance moments definition, the propagation of the kurtosis parameter of super-Gaussian beams through a spherically aberrated lens is studied. Detailed numerical results are given. It is shown that, as compared with aberration-free super-Gaussian beams, the profile of spherically aberrated super-Gaussian beams can be leptokurtic, mesokurtic or platykurtic, depending on the aberration and propagation distance. The results for the spherically aberrated Gaussian beams can be dealt with as a special case treated in this paper. Finally, the advantage of our method is pointed out.     

CdSe和ZnO量子点的拉曼光谱研究

本文介绍了用拉曼光谱研究CdSe和ZnO两种Ⅱ Ⅳ族量子点材料的结果,对拉曼峰进行了指认。观察到的光学声子峰位的移动被认为是由量子限制效应引起。     

Effects of sodium salicylate on the febrile response and increased levels of cyclic AMP in cerebrospinal fluid during endogenous pyrogen-induced fever in rabbits

To further evaluate the causality between endogenous pyrogen (EP)-induced fever and cyclic adenosine-3',5'-monophosphate (cyclic AMP) level, the effects of sodium salicylate (SS) on the febrile response and increased levels of cyclic AMP in both cerebrospinal fluid (c.s.f.) and plasma during EP-induced fever in rabbits were observed. The results suggest that cyclic AMP is probably involved in the central mediation of EP-induced fever and that increased concentration of cyclic AMP in c.s.f. associated with EP-induced fever is not the result of temperature elevation but appears to be caused by the increased synthesis in the central nervous system. In addition it is confirmed that blood is impossibly a contributory source of increased cyclic AMP in c.s.f. during EP fever, and that SS may act subsequent to the increase in cyclic AMP.     

Structure and superconductivity in FexCu1−xBa2YCu2O7+y superconductors synthesized by high pressure

Comprehensive studies of X-ray diffraction, oxygen content, superconductivity and Mössbauer effect have been made on Fe_xCu_1−xBa₂YCu₂O_7+y superconductors (0.00≤x≤0.70) synthesized by ambient (AM) and high pressure (HP). Results indicate that all the HP-samples have tetragonal structure, smaller lattice parameter c and unit-cell volume than the AM-samples. The studies of oxygen content, and Mössbauer spectroscopy indicate that the HP-samples have higher oxygen content, carrier concentration and average valence of Fe than the AM-samples. Moreover, for the HP-samples more Fe atoms located in CuO_x chains have fivefold-oxygen coordination. These are important reasons for the enhancement of T_c in the HP-samples.     

Certificateless signature and proxy signature schemes from bilinear pairings

Due to avoiding the inherent escrow of identity-based cryptography and yet not requiring certificates to guarantee the authenticity of public keys, certificateless public key cryptography has received a significant attention. Due to various applications of bilinear pairings in cryptography, numerous pairing-based encryption schemes, signature schemes, and other cryptographic primitives have been proposed. In this paper, a new certificateless signature scheme based on bilinear pairings is presented. The signing algorithm of the proposed scheme is very simple and does not require any pairing computation. Combining our signature scheme with certificateless public key cryptography yields a complete solution of certificateless public key system. As an application of the proposed signature scheme, a certificateless proxy signature scheme is also presented. Reciprocating sliding wear behavior of laser-clad small amplitude Mo2Ni3Si/NiSi metal silicide composite coatings

Mo₂Ni₃Si/NiSi metal silicide composite coatings with a fine microstructure consisting of Mo₂Ni₃Si primary dendrites and the interdendritic Mo₂Ni₃Si/NiSi eutectics were fabricated on austenitic stainless steel AISI 321 by laser cladding process. Small amplitude reciprocating sliding wear resistance of the coatings is evaluated as functions of normal load and slip amplitude and the wear mechanisms were discussed based on worn surface morphology observations. Results showed that the Mo₂Ni₃Si/NiSi coatings have excellent small amplitude reciprocating sliding wear resistance.     

On Super Hamiltonian Semigroups

The concept of super hamiltonian semigroup is introduced. As a result, the structure theorems obtained by A. Cherubini and A. Varisco on quasi commutative semi-groups and quasi hamiltonian semigroups respectively are extended to super hamiltonian semigroups.
